No. We always aim for the best possible result, but some stains, scratches, wear, or permanent damage may remain depending on their severity and condition.

Yes. Your vehicle can be dropped off at the arranged booking time, and we’ll let you know when it’s ready for collection.

Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. Select your vehicle size, service, and preferred booking time.
A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is paid once the service is completed.
Our listed prices cover vehicles in typical condition. Additional charges may apply for excessive pet hair, heavy soiling, severe contamination, or other work requiring significantly more time. Any additional costs will be discussed with you first.
If you need to change your booking, please contact us as early as possible. Late cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows may result in the deposit being forfeited.
The remaining balance is due once your vehicle is complete and ready for collection.
